Scyne Advisory has made further appointments to the Group Leadership team.
The Scyne Advisory Board has appointed Richard Gwilym as the permanent Managing Partner. Rich’s leadership has been central to our success during the transition and in the early stages of the business and we look forward to Scyne Advisory continuing to thrive with Rich in this role. Rich will commence as Managing Partner once the CEO has been appointed and he will remain the interim CEO until this occurs.
Melissa Wong will join Scyne Advisory as Chief People Officer on 1 May 2024. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in senior people and culture roles including most recently as Chief People Officer at MyHealth and prior to that with Medibank and NAB.
Richard Hilliard will join the business on 6 May 2024 as Chief Information Officer. Richard is joining Scyne Advisory from My Plan Manager Group where he was Chief Technology Officer. Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector and a proven reputation for delivering complex change and business transformation.
The Board has also permanently appointed Sarah Niederle as Chief Risk Officer. This appointment recognises the depth and breadth of experience that Sarah has brought to the role during the transition to Scyne Advisory and in the first months of the business.
The Board has commenced the recruitment of a new permanent CEO and it expects to have this in place by the 2nd half of 2024.
