Recently recognised as Project of the Year at the 2024 National Infrastructure Awards, this project marks a significant milestone in the Randwick Campus Redevelopment, one of the largest health infrastructure projects in New South Wales. The $782.8 million Acute Services Building is the first major upgrade to the Prince of Wales Hospital in 25 years, delivering expanded emergency care, inpatient services, and cutting-edge research facilities in a world-class health precinct.

Our team played a pivotal role in managing the delivery of this transformative project. From planning and design management to stakeholder engagement, procurement, and construction oversight, we ensured the project met the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. The building’s innovative design and construction, including considerations for patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlight our dedication to overcoming challenges while delivering outstanding results.
