Data understanding
We focus on identifying, sourcing, and understanding the data. We also conduct regular check-ins at defined milestones throughout the engagement. These check-ins serve as touchpoints to gather customer feedback on our services, satisfaction levels, and any potential areas of improvement. Additionally, we have a dedicated client account manager that performs these check-ins outside of the engagement for a more impartial view.

Solution Design
We will work closely with the customer to design the solution and select the appropriate analytic methods that will address your business challenges and requirements whilst considering the local nuances of their organisation.

Data Preperation
In this stage, we will finalise analytic plans and prepare the data for analysis. We will also collect feedback from our customers to analyse trends, areas of success and improvement to align our services and approach with customer expectations.

Solution Development & Testing
Our experienced team will build the solution with continuous rigorous testing to identify and rectify any errors or flaws and to ensure it performs to the expected high-quality standards. Based on the customer feedback analysis, we implement necessary changes in our service delivery model to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement outcomes.

Evaluation
This is a key stage to evaluate insights in the context of the business issues being addressed post-implementation of changes. We measure the impact through subsequent rounds of feedback whereby we assess customer reaction/satisfaction and the business impacts of the changes made.

Insight Delivery
The final stage is to organise, present, and hand over the insights / solution to the customer, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.

Check-in
Post-engagement, we continue to check in with the customer to follow up on actions and outcomes, gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
