Once you have acquired the Capsifi platform we can provide support services to optimally set up your Capsifi configuration and provide initial setup and data. Our services will ensure that you and your team are well equipped to hit the ground running with Capsifi on your business transformation.
Value Stream Definition and Capability Mapping
Using the Capsifi platform, the first step is modelling your core enterprise Value Streams and Value Stream stages. Based on this understanding of your internal and external customer touchpoints, we create an enterprise capability map of your organisation and align your strategic, core and supporting capabilities to value stream stages.
Workforce, Skills and Activity Alignment
Next, we capture your organisational structure and map related roles and skills to defined capabilities, identifying any shortfalls or pain points. Against the defined organisational structure, we correlate the critical business processes and map them to the associated capabilities.
Information Assessment and Application Portfolio Alignment
Following this we can identify and capture the critical business information entities that support value stream activities and map them to the essential capabilities.
